■ Q3-1 No matter how often I try, my password and ID are being refused.

Please try and fill in your user ID and password once more while making sure you use capitol letters, small letters and numbers correctly with the use of spaces.

You can try to copy-paste the user ID and password which were issued to you.
*Log in problems may also occur due to false/old information in your browser's cache, please try to clear your browser's cahce and then try to log in again.

■ Q3-2 Can I change my user ID / password / e-mail address after registering?

You cannot change your user ID or password, but your e-mail address can be changed.
If you wish to change your e-mail address, please contact us using the support form and fill in "change e-mail address" as the title and add your user ID and password in the message.
